TERMS OF SERVICE⇸ Please note that by commissioning me you are agreeing to the Terms of Service listed here.⇸ All prices listed are for personal use only. Business and commercial pricing (including promotional and streaming usage) is separate.⇸ I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason.⇸ I accept Paypal only for all payments. All prices are in USD.⇸ Full payment in advance is required for a slot. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.⇸ Tips are always welcomed and greatly appreciated.⇸ I will potentially post commission work and progress on social media or within self published artbooks. If you do not want your work to be posted on social media at any time, please be sure to ask for a private commission.⇸ Altering and editing the final art is not permitted other than to resize or crop for social media if necessary. Please credit posted art when possible and do not claim the art as your own.⇸ A WIP will be shared during the sketch phase. Each work is allowed two minor revisions or adjustments free of charge. Extra or major revisions may incur a fee.⇸ I reserve the right to refund a percentage for work unfinished and cancel the commission at any time during the commission process.⇸ Deadlines or rush commissions will be accepted at my discretion. All deadlines must be stated by the client before the commission is accepted.⇸ As the artist, I reserve all rights to the artwork and no rights to the character (unless it is my own character).⇸ Clients are not allowed for any reason to use the artwork for blockchain related technology such as NFTs.⇸ Turnaround times may vary. Please be patient with me as I also work two other jobs aside from this one. Work is not first come first serve, however if you have a deadline I will be happy to accommodate that within reason, just be sure to request this before I have accepted your commission.⇸ I reserve the right to work on personal artwork in between commissions and during work hours.⇸ If you would like to check on your commission progress, please check my Trello.⇸ All prices are base prices and can vary based on complexity and content.⇸ Traditional pieces can be mailed to a recipient within the U.S free of charge.
